I love blueberries and blueberry picking. One of my fondest memories is tromping through the mud with my nieces, buckets tied around their waists, purple stained fingers plucking the juicy little gems. There is something so beautiful about how their color changes from a spring green to magenta to a satiny blue-black. I have a feeling there will be more to this series.
