This original watercolor painting is part of my ongoing series inspired by my time in Alaska's Tongass National Forest. This sweet little painting features a bear surrounded by salmonberry bushes and is a circle measuring just 3 inches in diameter. It comes with a white mat, ready to fit an 8 × 10 frame.
I had so much fun watching the bears in Alaska. They seem so happy in their element! And salmonberries were a completely new discovery for me this year. I'm now obsessed with them, so I see a lot more salmonberry paintings in my future!
